polyvore is this amazing website that you can basically make collages of photos. it’s pretty awesome.
these are some sets i’ve made.

you should make an account and mess around on there. it awesome. just go here. and while you’re at it, add me. email me to find out my username.

this one is one i made for clara, and she made one for me. i might put it up here later.

for any and all guys who will never go to a baby shower: here is a sneak peek into a princess baby shower.
gus and jacque, the mice, getting ready in costume.

cinderella getting ready.

disneyworld pictures.
with gus and jacque, two mice.

with drizella and anastasia, the ugly stepsisters.

brea and claire.

yes, cinderella drinks tea.

cinderella and gus and jacque!

me.

this is what my workspace looked like for a while. the clutch is made out of plastic bags, fused together with an iron. hence the name recycled. i then painted the plastic with acrylic paint, and sewed crazily over it. and i don’t think i’ll post my trade secrets all over the internet, so that’s all i’m telling you about how to make it.

and artistic photos of the clutch finished. and me.

here are some faves.
me and my bag and coat and shoes. yes, coat in arizona. it was cool and windy.

this photo represents our food parties. #1 m&m’s and water. #2 ramen and bread and water. #3 jello and ramen and water.

we picked grapefruit and tangelos from our grandparents’ trees.
i love this photo because:
the focus is on the orange one.
the orange one pops.
the orange one, i guess i shall say the tangelo, is in a visual sweet spot.

this one is rather cool.

bit of enlightenment:
putting a jug full of water outside will detract dogs. like un attract them. bother them so they don’t come to the front of your house. supposedly. it works, i think. i didn’t witness it work, but i heard first hand accounts from reliable witnesses.

family photo!

melissa: daddy, i’ll give you your sweatpants back whenever you want.
little girl running around hmart in squeaking shoes.
galvanized worm [gear clamps]
[disney princess] jasmine with her boobies!
paul changed ben’s facebook so ben was a female. it makes me laugh so much.
okay, i am not gonna put tons of photos of our trip to nm/az. only people who know me should be reading this, and if you know me, and have a facebook, you are probably my friend on facebook. and can look at photos there, if you are so inclined. and, if you have not become enlightened to knowledge of the facebook world, i will email you a link to them. because there you can look at them.
it is such a pain to upload the same photos to everything.
and, clara, this post is in honor of what you just enlightened me about.

funny photo of us in the car.

haha this photo is funny too… and i won’t tell a funny quote clara said, but she asked me not to, but she doesn’t know i already put it on facebook…

we visited a big cross with a statue garden of different scenes from jesus’ crucifiction, and here melissa and daddy are pretending to be disciples suprised at the empty tomb.
it was really windy.

i like this photo of melly… even though she probably doesn’t.

we got to meet our cousin asher!!

Mom got to quilt with Mema.

…it wouldn’t fit. my suitcase is full already. and ha! i’m not even done packing.
this is my suitcase. notice the hawaiian flowery print. i added that. for real. i sewed a pocket into the suitcase we’re BORROWING. haha. i was halfway done and mom was like “did you ask them?” so i called auntie di. and she said it was fine. haha. again. and i love how i have magazines in my suitcase like it’s contraband.

so, i rode my bike to my friend’s house to get my hair cut. her mom is a hairstlyist. i didn’t bring my camera. i didn’t bring anything. just a helmet. don’t like those. but it was fun to ride my bike by myself. without a cell phone. or anything. it made me feel independent.
here are some recent things i’ve made.
i love how our grass is green outside.
so i made 2 potholders out of some old jeans that had holes in the knees. melissa gave me the idea for a fat man with a moustache. i guess he’s a cook. i made lots of cards, and a notebook for myself. haha yeah i’m selfish. for MYSELF! :D
